Zinc & Vitamin C to fight your worst cold

I wasn’t going to write this post as it doesn’t sound very interesting; however after having caught another cold recently, I’m convinced these two supplements work in shortening the crummy effects associated with the common cold: Zinc Gluconate and Vitamin C.

Most people have heard about taking vitamin C for a cold, but zinc gluconate? Zinc gluconate is the form of zinc most commonly used in zinc lozenges. The problem is that you get a small amount of zinc at a time. The good news is that you can also get 50 mg of zinc gluconate pills in just about any drug store or shopping center.

Taking one 50 mg zinc gluconate pill and one 500 mg vitamin C pill each day you’re sick can work wonders. Just don’t take the zinc pills for more than a couple weeks as it can deplete your copper levels! As I said earlier, this isn’t my most interesting blog post but you’ll be thanking me next time you get sick.

If you’re also battling a sore throat, check out my blog post: Yellow Mustard: the sore throat soother.

Finding a good vitamin is one of the key factors to living a good life. For me, this supplement has always proven to be the greatest. It just gives your soul what it needs and it doesn’t have all of those terrible side effects as all of the bad ones. It’s also one of the cheapest ones out there.

I do like the way you have framed this specific problem plus it does indeed present me some fodder for thought. On the other hand, from what I have seen, I really hope when the feed-back pile on that men and women continue to be on point and in no way embark on a soap box of the news of the day. Still, thank you for this fantastic point and though I can not concur with it in totality, I regard your perspective.

I always take large doses of vitamin-C specially if it is flu season. Vitamin-C really enhances our immune system. .:”;,
